First adopt a regular face care routine, reduce and prevent wrinkles, focus on the eyes eliminate dark spots, get the right or cool hair cut, focus on your teeth take a gym exercise regularly

    First of all, for me or maybe for some of the girls out there, we don't need any physical attachment needed to say that we are beautiful or pretty. We don't also looking for boys with looks only, we just need a man who's gentleman, respects us and a kind one and we can finally say that you're a handsome guy with a good personality. It seems like you're saying that there is a requirements in becoming a handsome guy. Is there a requirements? If there is, it seems like you're being unequal to those people who can't recognize themselves as handsome.

      This blog was made for those who wanted to make themselves better for their own good as well. Everyone, not just men wants to have a good physical physique, because we willingly admit that we are currently living in a cruel world wherein you'll be critized for being a person who seem to fail their anticipation and standards. I am not saying that there is a exact and firm requirement for a man to look pleasing in everyone's eyes especially in woman's eyes. This blog are just tips that is not mandatory to follow. It is still up to them. I am just here to lend a helping hand so they can have a good first step in making themselves better FOR THEIR OWN GOOD. Lastly, I don't make this blog for love purpose, it's for being healty. :)
